Website Operations Manager

You will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations across all AgriConnect websites. Working with all teams across the organisation, this role requires someone who can bring together strong digital skills, operational experience, and the ability to manage internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers.

 

Key Tasks:

 

Platform Management

  • System expert for our CMS/ CRM Affino.
  • Day to day management of websites.
  • Solve or delegate all support requests
  • Ensure integration across the editorial/ marketing/ tech team.
  • Template set up and content hub builds with Affino guidance.
  • Manage/ create templates for regular newsletters and commercial emails, data list management where appropriate.
  • Analytics set up for all new projects, report building and feedback in meetings.

 

Analysis

  • Assist other teams in designing tracking strategies.
  • Troubleshoot and debug analytics implementation
  • Work across marketing and editorial to support both teams with analytics tracking
  • Engage with projects to ensure the analytics solutions meet business requirements
  • Generate reports and providing insights and recommendations based on data
  • Identify successes, setting and measuring KPIs, and identifying key insights to help shape the campaign strategy.
  • Monitoring and reporting on social media campaigns across a range of platforms, researching and developing ways to enhance social media campaigns

 

Project management:

  • Report/manage project performance with notes on internal delivery
  • Assist the Project Manager with scoping of digital projects, understanding creative concepts and creating accurate documentation, including creative design briefs, sitemaps and user flows.
  • Supporting the production and upkeep of PM tools and documentation in support of digital projects including project schedules, resourcing plans and standard project communications tools.

 

Knowledge and experience required for this role:

  • Experience managing and optimising a high traffic website
  • Highly digitally literate; able to pick up new systems quickly
  • Experience of working on a range of content management systems
  • Ability to understand and edit HTML
  • Experienced in working with developers: reporting bugs, troubleshooting, and writing user stories
  • Highly attentive to detail, and experienced in managing QA processes; able to test new web features quickly and effectively
  • Confident in the use of online analytics platforms such as WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Email Marketing and knowledge of on-page SEO & Link Building
  • Knowledge of Affino CMS would be an advantage.
