HR Administrator
Agriconnect is the largest multi-platform agricultural information business in the UK. Our brands reach deeply into all the major agricultural sectors – arable, dairy, livestock, agricultural machinery, finance, and equipment. We take a farmer-centric approach to media. Our job is to help farmers run their farms more efficiently and make better purchasing decisions. There are many ways in which we can do this – magazines, websites, webinars, podcasts, conferences, events, and marketplaces.
We have ambitious plans to grow the business over the next three years and are looking to expand the team to support the people agenda. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and ambitious HR Administrator and would suit someone looking to advance their career and gain hands-on experience in a thriving and supportive workplace.
You will report into the Head of HR and provide administrative support in the areas of talent attraction and retention, on-boarding, advising on policies and employment law, performance management, employee engagement, learning and development, HR administration and maintenance of the HR database.
You’ll need to be a fast learner and able to develop strong working relationships across the business. You will need a minimum of one years HR Administration level experience in a fast-paced, data driven, customer focused environment.
