We have vacancies and are looking for people from all backgrounds with experience in any (or all of…!) the following:

Digital Analysis

  •  Analytics implementation, working on the tech support side of analytics and assisting in designing tracking strategies.
  • Engage with all projects to ensure the analytics solutions meet business requirements
  • Generate reports and provide insights and recommendations based on data
  • Identify successes, set and measure KPIs, and identify key insights to help shape the campaign strategy.
  • Marketing automation
  • Monitoring and reporting on social media campaigns across a range of platforms, researching and developing ways to enhance social media campaigns
  • Troubleshoot and debug analytics implementation
  • Work across marketing and editorial to support both teams with analytics tracking

 

Digital Project management

  • Report on and manage project performance with notes – internal delivery
  • Understanding of WordPress, HTML, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Email Marketing and knowledge of on-page SEO & Link Building
  • Assist with scoping of digital projects, understanding creative concepts and creating accurate documentation, including creative design briefs, sitemaps and user flows.
  • Supporting the production and upkeep of PM tools and documentation in support of digital projects including project schedules, resourcing plans and standard project communications tools.

 

Software Integration and Data management
CMS System expert experience

  •  Integration across editorial/marketing/ sales team
  •  Responsible for all new staff training
  • Template set up
  • Content hub build
  • Everyday point of contact/ CMS expert

 EMS systems expert experience

  •  Manage templates for regular newsletters
  •  Build highly engaging commercial emails for clients
  • Data list management
  •  Report building and feedback in meetings.

 

Bonus points for the following:

  • Be excellent at scheduling, calm under pressure with a talent for pushing a project along, keeping everything on track.
  • Have good knowledge of Digital Project Management with at least a year’s demonstrable experience in a web-related environment, agency or client-side, delivering multiple digital projects simultaneously.
  •  Have a good working knowledge of web technologies, web build processes, and online campaigns.
  • Have first-class communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Enjoy working on a variety of projects from web design and build and development to campaign management and reporting.
  • While you can see big picture, you are also detail-oriented with the ability to break down large tasks into manageable steps that are documented, monitored, and controlled. You have a positive attitude and bring creative solutions to problems big and small. 
  • General knowledge of various software, applications, and programs including but not limited to basic WordPress, HTML, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Email Marketing and knowledge of on-page SEO & Link Building.
  • Show initiative, self-motivation, and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities. 
  • Agile – Ability to quickly and easily adapt to changing organizational needs
