The following are the requirements for the transaction;
- The requester and Farmsitter must get together to go over the scope of work prior to the dates of the sitting. We suggest both parties get the scope of the work in writing so there are no misunderstandings.
- Compensation must be agreed to; (preferably in writing) prior to the commencement of the work.
- Insurance for Farmsitters working on your farm must be in place.
- If for any reason you are sceptical of the Farmsitters competencies, do not agree to the transaction and contact AgriConnect immediately for a possible replacement.
By completing the form, you are confirming that you agree to the above conditions.
Please complete the request form. Please be sure to fill out all fields on the form. All fields marked with an asterisks (*) are mandatory.
We have requested you give us two references. Please give us the names and numbers of two of your neighbours as references. This is also a precaution in case the farmsitter needs assistance.
We treat your information with the utmost of privacy. We do not share the information in our data base with anyone.
If we do not have someone that meets your needs right now, don't give up, keep checking back. Thanks for your patience while we grow this network.
All fields marked with an asterisks (*) are mandatory.
*We require two references who can speak to your character and your skills as well as being an emergency contact if the farmsitter needs assistance in your absence.
Please ask the persons you are using as a reference because we will be calling them. Note: Do not list close relatives as references
Note: Compensation for the Farmsitting service is strictly between the two parties to be agreed upon in writing prior to the commencement of sitting date.

Terms and Conditions of AgriConnect's Receipt of the Above Information;
"The attached Terms and Conditions are part of this application form, and the applicant by its signature at the bottom of the attached Terms and Conditions acknowledges that he/she has read and understood them."
AgriConnect Corporation, it's Directors, employees and its management will be the link to put the Farmsitters together with the required farm but do not hold any liability for what happens after the link is made.
By providing the information contained herein to AgriConnect, the undersigned agrees to allow AgriConnect to make public this information on its website, or in any other manner or through any other medium that AgriConnect deems suitable (“publication”), and AgriConnect reserves the right to use in whole or in part any written material provided by the undersigned for the purpose of advertising or promotion without obtaining written permission from the undersigned.
Registrations for publication by AgriConnect are accepted subject to and at the sole discretion of AgriConnect and AgriConnect reserves the right, for any reason, to refuse to publish any information provided to it.
The applicant named herein acknowledges and agrees that neither AgriConnect nor its directors, employees, officers or agents shall be liable for any loss, damage, claim or demand incurred or made by any person or persons arising from the connection, publication or acceptance for publication of the information contained herein.
AgriConnect accepts no responsibility for verifying the accuracy of information provided to it, nor does it warrant that its publication of any information is free of errors. It is the sole responsibility of those using information provided by AgriConnect to verify the accuracy of that information. AgriConnect does not assume any liability for reliance on information provided by it.
Compensation for the Farmsitting service is to be arranged between the two parties. Neither AgriConnect nor its directors, employees, officers or agents assume any responsibility or liability with regard to compensation or consideration between the parties. AgriConnect recommends that compensation should be agreed upon before either party undertakes any obligations under the agreement between the parties.
AgriConnect does not make any warranties in respect of the potential clients that the applicant named herein may contact as a result of AgriConnect's publication of this information and assumes no liability for any loss, damage, claim or demand incurred or made as a result of such contact.
